About The Position
This Physical Therapist role in Deerfield Beach, FL offers the chance to work in a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office with a patient schedule built for quality treatment. With 2 patients per hour, you can spend meaningful time evaluating, treating, educating, and guiding each patient. The clinic serves patients with orthopedic injuries, post-operative needs, sports-related conditions, pain, and functional limitations.
Requirements
- FL Physical Therapist License
- DPT or MSPT Degree
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New grads welcome
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work well with patients and team members
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and build personalized care plans
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic activities, strengthening, stretching, and mobility work
- Reassess patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Educate patients on movement, exercise, and recovery strategies
- Document services in a complete and timely manner
- Partner with PTAs to ensure treatment plans are followed properly
- Contribute to a professional and patient-centered clinic experience
