About The Position

Join DDRC as a Physical Therapist (PT) providing early intervention services for children ages 0–3. This role focuses on physical therapy, child development, and family-centered care while supporting our values of Dignity, Dedication, Respect, and Choice. The schedule is Monday-Thursday.

Requirements

  • BS in Physical Therapy, Master's in Physical Therapy preferred.
  • Colorado license
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities and developmentally appropriate practices and interventions related to the birth‑to‑three population.
  • Knowledge of transdisciplinary and primary provider practices.
  • Knowledge of family dynamics and the ability to interact effectively with a variety of individuals in a professional service setting.
  • Familiarity and competence with the Global Outcomes Process

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy in home and community settings.
  • Deliver early intervention services using a primary provider model.
  • Develop and implement IFSPs (Individualized Family Service Plans).
  • Partner with families to support child development and communication skills.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance and billing.
