Skylake Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist for a Part-Time or PRN schedule. Skylake Post Acute in Thornton, Colorado, is one of the largest skilled nursing facilities (SNF) in Colorado, specializing in rehabilitation and 24-hour skilled nursing care. They are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join their team and make a difference in people's lives.
Requirements
- Current, unencunbered Colorado Physical Therapist License
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program by APTA & CAPTE
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
