About The Position
Select Physical Therapy is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist in Columbus, IN, who is a motivated self-starter and passionate about professional growth through mentorship and continued learning. As part of a dynamic outpatient orthopedic team, you will treat a diverse caseload spanning all ages and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post-operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, and sports performance. 1:1 mentorship is provided for all new graduates.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
