About The Position

Physical Therapist (Level 1) at Experience Momentum. This role involves delivering evidence-based physical therapy, educating and coaching patients, owning the full patient experience, collaborating within care teams, and documenting accurately and efficiently. The position is part of an integrated, high-performing team that values clinical excellence, meaningful patient relationships, and a collaborative care model. Experience Momentum partners with people to help them move better, live stronger, and redefine what’s possible in their lives. PTs are trusted clinicians who own the patient experience from evaluation through discharge, work closely with a multidisciplinary team, and understand how their work contributes to both individual outcomes and the success of the clinic as a whole.

Requirements

Washington State Licensed Physical Therapist

Nice To Haves

Specialties or interest in Movement/Fitness, endurance sports, neuro, vestibular, or pelvic health are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy aligned with patient goals and stage of care
Educate and coach patients to build confidence, autonomy, and long-term success
Own the full patient experience, including plan of care clarity and communication
Collaborate within care teams and refer appropriately across EM services
Document accurately and efficiently to support quality care and reimbursement
Contribute to clinic efficiency through thoughtful scheduling, visit classification, and teamwork
Participate in community events and initiatives that strengthen local connection
