Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program
- Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Indiana
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow therapists to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home programs
- Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and hospital initiatives
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
