About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed, motivated self-starter to provide outpatient physical therapy in Pasadena, California. The patient population includes people of all ages and patients receiving care for orthopedic, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, industrial injury, and other needs, including weekend warriors and older adults. New graduates are welcome, and one-to-one mentorship is available for them. Flexible scheduling options are offered. The role provides opportunities for continued learning, mentorship, and professional growth. Compensation is $87,000–$99,000 per year based on experience, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus, monthly student loan repayment assistance, and an NPTE preparation course for all new graduates.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their care, and document treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
