About The Position

Physical Therapist in Physical Therapy Unit at Petaluma Valley Hospital, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour Day Shifts. Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital provides outstanding patient care which has garnered our placement on the Maternity Honor Roll for the California Health and Human Services Agency. The practice of Physical Therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school.
• California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

• 1 year Rehabilitation experience.
