About The Position
Interface Rehab, Inc., a trusted leader in rehabilitation services since 1995, is seeking passionate and licensed Physical Therapists (PT) to join our team. We provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across various settings, including post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. Our team collaborates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery, document patient progress, and support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
Requirements
- Active or obtainable Physical Therapist license in the state of California
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional physical therapy care to patients across various settings
- Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness
