Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services to patients within a CCRC setting.
- Treat patients across various levels of care including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Home Health, and Outpatient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
- Engage in career growth and development opportunities, including clinical and management paths.
- Maintain flexibility and a healthy work-life balance.
