About The Position

As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. You will provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently. Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs. Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist License – New Grads Welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, strength training
