About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at a public school in Woolwich Township, New Jersey, for a Part-Time, school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey! Job opportunities are also available across various locations in New Jersey and Nation-wide! Growth within the company is available and encouraged! Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric) Hours: 5.5 - 6 hours per week (school is open to days therapist can work). For example, one day a week for 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, or split across two shorter days. Age Group: Middle/HS
Requirements
- Physical Therapist License
- NJ School Certification
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students referred for services
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students utilizing evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities
- Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
