About The Position

Advanced Home Health and Hospice of Arizona is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Physical Therapist to join their team. Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Arizona
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance that meet agency requirements
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
