About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Greece, NY is hiring full-time Physical Therapists. New graduates and experienced PTs are both encouraged to apply. This independently owned and operated clinic prioritizes clinical excellence over patient volume, with therapists seeing roughly 12 patients per day on 40-minute scheduling blocks. Patient outcomes matter, and clinical decisions stay with clinicians. New graduates and early career therapists are paired with a dedicated clinical mentor for ongoing support throughout their careers at FYZICAL. FYZICAL is a nationwide network of 600+ independently owned physical therapy clinics and a leading provider of balance and vestibular retraining, outpatient PT, and rehabilitation services.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active New York State PT license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and patient rapport skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of outpatient PT experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care to patients.
• Make clinical decisions based on patient outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to new graduates and early career therapists.
• Provide balance and vestibular retraining.
• Provide outpatient PT and rehabilitation services.

• Base salary: $75,000–$85,000
