About The Position

South Sound Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for their West Olympia location. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a career around your interests, not just treat patients. You will work alongside a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Clinic Director with extensive experience in manual therapy, spine, vestibular rehabilitation, and upper extremity conditions. The clinic is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools for treating active adults, weekend warriors, and performance-minded individuals. A structured one-year mentorship program is in place to accelerate clinical growth, focusing on weekly one-on-one mentorship, case reviews, clinical reasoning discussions, hands-on manual therapy instruction, progressive skill development, professional growth coaching, and direct access to an experienced OCS mentor. The clinic supports therapists in developing their ideal niche through autonomy, established local provider relationships, and resources for marketing. Compensation is based on a professional revenue share model, allowing therapists to earn up to an additional 20% of their base salary while maintaining 1:1 patient care. This model aligns clinicians with other professionals, offers control over schedule, income, and career path, and rewards value creation to reduce burnout.
