About The Position

RVNAhealth is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about neurologic rehabilitation and specialty care to join their growing team in Ridgefield, CT. The Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary, patient-centered outpatient clinic offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. This role offers 1:1 patient care with 40-minute sessions, a collaborative environment with PT, OT, and SLP, and growth opportunities for clinicians looking to expand beyond orthopedics. Mentorship is available for new graduates or those transitioning into neuro. The position involves evaluating and treating patients with a focus on neurologic and functional outcomes, developing individualized plans of care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, utilizing innovative tools, and building meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers.

Requirements

Licensed PT in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
Interest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation (training available)
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
A clinician who values patient-centered, high-quality care

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on neurologic and functional outcomes
Develop individualized plans of care with an emphasis on quality and progression
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize innovative tools including HEP platforms, outcomes tracking, and RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring)
Build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers
