Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy required
Current Physical Therapy License in the state of Illinois required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for patient care and building long-term relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented clinical environment.
Commitment to accurate documentation and high-quality care.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred
Prior outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Educate patients throughout their recovery.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with clinic and payer standards.
Deliver high-quality, hands-on care in a supportive team environment that values strong patient relationships, clinical collaboration, and work-life balance.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise instruction in an outpatient setting.
Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as appropriate.
Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey.
Collaborate with other clinical team members to support continuity of care.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment.
Complete accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinic procedures and payer requirements.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff regarding treatment plans, scheduling needs, and follow-up care.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and other clinic initiatives as needed.
Follow clinic policies and procedures, including confidentiality and safety protocols.
Support a positive patient experience and a collaborative work environment.
Perform other related duties as assigned that are consistent with this role.
