Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of employment
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.
- Provide one-on-one patient care in a supportive outpatient setting.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation using our electronic medical record system.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork, growth, and exceptional patient experiences.
