We are seeking to hire a Physical Therapist - Perdiem.

Requirements

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited College or University.
Licensed and in good standing by the State of Pennsylvania and current registration.
Should be a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience in Long Term Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations, designs treatment plans, and administers Physical Therapy as prescribed by a physician.
Supervise professional and non-professional Physical Therapy staff in delivery of Physical Therapy services.
Assign case load and other related tasks to Physical Therapy staff consistent with their education and experience.
Coordinate Physical Therapy with other appropriate services for assigned residents.
Complete required documentation for resident’s medical records.
Schedule daily treatments.
