This position offers a diverse work experience across multiple healthcare settings, including Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing (SNF), Outpatient, and Home Health care. Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
