About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Internal Travel Program in Springfield, TN. This program allows therapists to work in diverse communities and regions while advancing their clinical expertise and making a difference in patients' lives across the country. The program offers a base salary of $90,000, with potential for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to $40,000 in completion bonuses. Participants also receive $350/month in student loan relief and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO, and 401K. The commitment is one or two years with six-month assignments, offering a balance of community immersion and professional growth. Select Physical Therapy has over 1,900 centers in 39 states.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
