About The Position
Access Physical Therapy & Wellness, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Technician. This role involves supporting physical therapists in providing excellent patient care. The technician will be responsible for preparing patients and treatment areas, maintaining equipment and the clinic environment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort during treatments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
- Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
- Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
- Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
- Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
- Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
