About The Position

Physical Therapy Central, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Technician. This role is crucial in transforming healthcare by supporting highly effective clinicians and providing career development pathways. The technician will prepare patients for treatment, assist with transfers and transportation, prepare and clean equipment and treatment areas, ensure stocking, and set up patients with modalities for safety and comfort.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
