About The Position

Physical Therapist Specialist – Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital Outpatient Department. This role offers Full-Time (40 hrs) or Part-Time (32 hrs) positions with a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus. The position features a weekday-only schedule and a 1:1 patient treatment model, emphasizing continuity of care and a supportive team environment. The department is looking for dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join their outpatient team, working alongside experienced Physiatrists, Neurologists, and other therapy professionals to provide exceptional, individualized care. This is not a high-volume clinic; therapists are given the time and support for one-on-one patient treatment to achieve the best outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Openness to collaboration, growth, and clinical excellence
