This is an opportunity to work within our Skilled Nursing Facility. The Village at Rockville is a continuing care retirement community located in the heart of Rockville, Maryland, near Rockville Town Square and the Rockville Metro station. The campus offers a full continuum of senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, outpatient therapy, and direct-bill wellness services. Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
- Active state license required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
- Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.
- Screening requirements may vary by location.
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
