University Orthopedics is seeking a PT Site Coordinator for the Westerly, RI facility, projected to open in the fourth quarter of 2021. The candidate must be a Physical Therapist (with RI PT license) and will carry a clinical caseload. As a physical therapist, they will be responsible for comprehensive examinations to determine body structure and function level impairments, activity limitation, and participation restrictions. They will establish diagnosis, prognosis, and develop an individualized plan of care, implementing treatment interventions and performing on-going evaluations throughout the episode of care. Additionally, the role functions as the Site Coordinator with management duties, overseeing day-to-day operations of the clinic and providing supervision of personnel within the physical therapy department.
