About The Position

The Physical Therapist Scheduler is responsible for managing patient appointments, handling patient inquiries, processing payments, and adjusting schedules as needed. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with computer systems and office software.

• Comfortable working at a desk in-office 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage patient appointments using our EMR system
• Answer phones and address patient inquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Welcome patients as they arrive and create a positive experience from the moment they walk in
• Collect co-pays and patient balances from insurance
• Adjust patient schedules as needs change throughout the day
• Work with Google Sheets and Docs for day-to-day tasks
