About The Position

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. In addition, they will also participate and complete all required components of structured residency program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
• 6 months of relevant experience
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
