About The Position

Vista Plains Health (Wheatland Memorial) in Harlowton, Montana is seeking a Physical Therapist – Rehab Manager to lead and grow its Rehab Department. This is a hands-on, working manager role, where you will actively treat patients while overseeing a small, collaborative team. This position offers a rare opportunity to combine clinical care with leadership in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, serving a tight-knit rural community. You’ll have the ability to shape and expand rehab services while maintaining a broad and rewarding clinical scope across inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Montana
• Experience in hospital, outpatient, or long-term care settings preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care
• Oversee daily operations of the Rehab Department
• Supervise, mentor, and support a small team
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs
• Collaborate with providers, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards
• Support development and growth of rehab services
