About The Position
Delivers quality care to improve patient's functional mobility and independence by completing evaluations and providing interventions on the acute medical floors and inpatient rehabilitation unit. Effectively interacts with patients, doctors and other healthcare members. Provides recommendations for continued therapy and next site of care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Requirements
- Must be currently licensed as a PT in the state of IL
- Minimum 1 year previous experience
- Hospital experience preferred
- CPR required
