About The Position
PeteDME is building a nationwide network of home-based therapists who want to provide more comprehensive care for patients with back, knee, and other musculoskeletal conditions—all while creating additional income from the patients they already treat. This opportunity is designed for therapists currently practicing in Home Health, Mobile Outpatient, or another in-home clinical setting. Integrated MSK Care is a clinical model that combines Expert Physical Therapy, Custom-Fit Orthopedic Bracing, and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM). These services help improve patient engagement, support recovery, and allow therapists to deliver a more complete musculoskeletal care experience within their existing workflow. There is no sales, cold calling, or need to find new patients; therapists simply enhance the care they are already providing. PeteDME's technology includes AI-powered documentation that generates SOAP notes and simplifies the clinical workflow. This role offers the chance to earn up to $32,000+ annually by integrating orthopedic bracing into existing patient caseloads, and provides specialized orthopedic bracing training and certification at no cost.
Requirements
- Currently practicing in Home Health or another in-home clinical setting
- Actively treating patients in their homes
- Current Physical Therapist license
- Current PTA license
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
