Requirements

• Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s or higher)
• Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a patient first approach
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and interpret findings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and wellness
• Track progress and document patient outcomes accurately
• Ensure compliance with state practice standards and clinic policies
