Requirements
- Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool)
- Willingness to participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs)
- Interest in advancing through the Clinical Career Ladder
- Interest in the internal travel program
- Interest in opening your own clinic
- Interest in multiple residency and specialty programs
- Interest in NPTE Prep Course funded by Ivy
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Spend quality time with patients.
- Reduce documentation time through AI tools.
- Participate in mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, and leadership opportunities.
