Physical Therapist PT- Inpatient
About The Position
This is a Full-Time position at the Reading Hospital and also Full-Time openings at the Reading Rehab Hospital in Wyomissing on our Acute and Transitional Subacute Units. The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements treatment programs for referred patients according to accepted principles and practices of physical therapy. They also supervise assistants, aides, and students, and support all programs in the Rehabilitation Continuum. The role involves maintaining working relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and hospital support personnel. The position is supervised by and reports to the Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist.
Requirements
- Master's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Master's Degree
- PA Physical Therapy License
- PA Physical Therapy Temp Licensure will be considered
- BLS Certification
