About The Position

This position involves seeing patients in the Blount/Etowah Counties areas. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant difference in your patients’ lives by helping them regain strength and independence to live in their homes. You will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, assisting them in participating in their desired daily living activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
• Current State License as a Physical Therapist
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current CPR
• Negative TB screen
• Hepatitis consent/declination
• Two years’ experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in home health is strongly preferred.
• Therapy skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment

Responsibilities
