About The Position
Cooper River Post Acute is a 176-bed skilled nursing facility in Mount Pleasant, SC, seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength, independence, and confidence. This role is in a fast-paced nursing home environment within an amazing rehab team.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited college/university
- South Carolina Licensed Physical Therapist (Required)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-admissions healthcare setting
- CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats patients.
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health team members.
- Maintains documentation of services in the medical records.
- Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
