About The Position
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Licensed PRN Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Ruston, LA. This PRN (as-needed) position offers flexible shifts with a focus on one-on-one patient care, aiming for work-life balance. Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program)
- Valid state PT license
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills
- CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations
- Create and lead individualized treatment plans
- Help restore movement, function, and quality of life
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal recovery
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations
- Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
- Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians
- Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
