About The Position

RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate and motivated pelvic health therapist to join our dynamic, collaborative South Loop and Loop-Millennium Park clinics. Our South Loop FFC clinic is located inside a premium FFC gym in the South Loop area where you will collaborate with another PT and PTA. Our Loop-Millennium Park clinic is located in the city, the center is accessible with all modes of transport, where you will collaborate with two other PT’s. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experts in a wide range of specialties, including pelvic health, orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehabilitation, and oncology—creating a rich environment for professional growth and development. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
