About The Position

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. The Charlton location sees a diverse patient population including federally funded patients (Medicare) with conditions like total joints, balance/fall risk, and general deconditioning. The remaining patients include youth and active adults with various post-operative conditions such as rotator cuffs and ACLs. The center has been operational since 2013 and has opportunities to grow relationships with local high schools. The team currently consists of two full-time therapists and a long-term Patient Service Specialist (PSS).

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
CPR Certification

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
