About The Position
Kins is rebuilding physical therapy around the therapist, offering a model where you treat one patient at a time for a full hour, allowing for higher quality care. Therapists have control over their schedule and caseload, and can earn more by focusing on better care rather than just more visits. This is a reimagined approach to physical therapy designed for impact and career growth, allowing practice on your own terms. The role involves delivering high-value care through a hybrid blend of in-home and virtual treatment sessions.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Physical Therapist in MA
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in MA
- BLS certification
- Commit to a minimum of 4 visits/week
- Demonstrated excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving better clinical outcomes
- Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first
- Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, assess progress and provide plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
- Consistently ensure a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience
- Document all treatments in our EMR
- Communicate via chat and phone with patients and/or providers as needed
