About The Position

Caring Hearts Homecare is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) for Per Diem positions. This role involves providing professional therapy care to clients in their homes across various locations including Lynn, Chelsea, Revere, Malden, Medford, East Boston, and Winthrop. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and possess strong interpersonal and computer skills, with the flexibility to travel to assigned cases.

Requirements

Hands-on therapy experience.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide professional therapy care to clients in their homes.
Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments.
Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
Provide hands-on therapy care.
Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
