Physical Therapist - Mobile Outpatient
About The Position

This role involves providing outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes, offering flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care. Luna utilizes technology such as Auto-Charting, Safety Shield, Luna Exercises app, and geofencing to enhance the therapist and patient experience.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes.
- Document patient care via phone call.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Utilize geofencing technology to match patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
