This role specifically excludes responsibilities such as payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action, as these are handled by management.

Requirements

Active Illinois and/or Indiana Physical Therapy License
2+ years of PT experience across a variety of pediatric settings
Demonstrated strength in team mentorship, and clinical communication
A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive
Adaptable, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop PTs across a variety of pediatric settings
Serve as a clinical expert—problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
Deliver direct pediatric physical therapy services across multiple environments
