The role involves mentoring and developing PTs across a variety of pediatric settings, serving as a clinical expert, delivering direct pediatric physical therapy services, collaborating with management to improve clinical standards and program development, leading with confidence, curiosity, and compassion, facilitating collaboration between departments, being an exceptional role model, creating a strong mentorship experience, and contributing to a culture focused on growth, support, and excellence. This role specifically excludes responsibilities such as payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action, as these are handled by management.

Requirements

  • Active Illinois and/or Indiana Physical Therapy License
  • 2+ years of PT experience across a variety of pediatric settings
  • Demonstrated strength in team mentorship, and clinical communication
  • A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive
  • Adaptable, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities
