About The Position

Ascension Alexian Brothers Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for their Inpatient department. This PRN position offers a salary range of $53.00 - $56.00 per hour. Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.
Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

Prior Inpatient experience.
Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and regularly reassess individualized, patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
Deliver evidence-based interventions across complex diagnoses, including neurological, oncological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, optimize outcomes, and support safe, effective discharge planning.
Utilize innovative rehabilitation technologies and best practices to maximize functional recovery and independence.
Minimum requirement of 36 hours in 6-week period.
