This position is responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a diverse patient population. The Physical Therapist partners closely with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Through clinical expertise, compassionate communication, and ongoing assessment, the Physical Therapist fosters trust and engagement while supporting positive outcomes throughout the rehabilitation journey. This role also provides clinical leadership through the supervision of physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation aides, serves as a clinical instructor for students, and contributes to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
