About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join Atlantic Rehabilitation's outpatient team in Mountain Lakes. The shift of the position will be M/W/F 8am-4pm, T/TH 10am-6pm. Requirements

Full-Time Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed
Patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, providing patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately.
