This role is a Per Diem Home Health Physical Therapist role servicing the following areas: Anaheim, Anaheim Hills, Irvine, Orange, Tustin (92780/92782) and Villa Park. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, utilize AI-supported documentation to provide focused, patient-centered therapy while easing your administrative workload. This technology allows you to document therapy sessions in real-time and review outcomes more efficiently. Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required.
- Current, unencunmbered (State Employed) License as a Physical Therapist Required within 30 days of hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
- California Physical Therapist License (Vendor Managed) Required upon hire
- Proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred.
