About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with a work history in hand therapy who is proficient in splinting and familiar with post-op protocols. Mentoring is available. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA or AOTA curriculum
Current Oregon state physical therapy license and CPR certification
Strong patient care and communication skills
A desire to learn in a team environment and provide an exceptional experience for patients
A positive attitude and desire to work hard and have fun while you work!

Work history in hand therapy

Familiar with post-op protocols

Responsibilities

Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Comfortable with walk-in patients to provide custom post-op splints
Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
