About The Position

We are a therapist-owned, award-winning orthopedic and sports rehab practice and have proudly served our community for over 16 years. We offer a 1:1 care model (2 patients/hour) so you can focus on patient outcomes—not paperwork. This is an opportunity for a motivated clinician to step into a leadership role while continuing hands-on patient care—with profit sharing and potential equity/partnership. The physical therapist will be providing a variety of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, sport specific training, vestibular, and myofascial release.

Requirements

• DPT or master’s in physical therapy
• Active NY license (or eligible)
• Ortho experience preferred
• Leadership interest (experience a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

• Treat patients and create individualized care plans
• Lead and support clinic operations and team development
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain documentation and track outcomes
