In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services to residents in assisted living environments, helping them restore mobility, function, and confidence. This position involves a split role covering Hudson and Cuyahoga Falls as a Supervising PT and a Director of Rehab position in Macedonia.

Requirements

Current, valid Ohio Physical Therapy license
Must hold active CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Reliable Transportation
A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required for reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in home health care is preferred.
Geriatric experience
Experience with care planning, discharge planning, or inpatient settings

Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between leadership and the facility.
Oversee staff performance and support professional development.
Manage administrative and operational tasks across therapy services.
Coordinate meetings, trainings, and events for staff and residents.
Maintain communication with residents, families, and leadership.
Deliver high-quality therapy services to residents in assisted living environments, helping them restore mobility, function, and confidence.
